The Ricasoli company belongs among the most representative wine producers. It is located in one of the purest and least contaminated places in Tuscany. With its hills, valleys and woodlands, the 1,200 hectares of property include almost 240 hectares of vineyards around Brolio Castle. The history of the Ricasoli family has been linked to wine since 1141. Documents from the late 1600s report the first exports of the wine to Amsterdam and England and at the start of the 1900s, the wines from Brolio were already requested and exported everywhere from China to Saudi Arabia, from South Africa to Guatemala, from Costa Rica to Africa. The company focuses on sustainability and seeks to conserve and safeguard its territory.
