FSSC 22000 includes a complex certification scheme for the food safety system based on food safety management in compliance with ISO 22000:2005 “Requirements for any organization in the food chain” and the requirements for food safety stipulated in the “Prerequisite programmes on food safety in food production” mentioned in BSI PAS 220:2008 and in ISO 22002-1:2010.
FSSC 22000 is an international standard for food safety acknowledged by the GFSI organization (Global Food Safety Initiative) and the certification of which is accepted by chain stores as a sufficient proof of food safety guaranteed by its producers.

causing allergies or intolerances
Allergens labelling is set by legislation by 13th December 2014 in accordance with the food law. (EU directive 2000/13/EC until 13th December 2014, replaced by the REGULATION (EU) No 1169/2011 article 21, Czech Republic – Regulation 113/2005 Sb. on foodstuffs and tobacco products labelling, section 8 subsection 10).
Regulations set the specific requirements for labelling allergens which have been scientifically proved to cause allergies to their consumers and intolerance dangerous for their health. It is thus required for all allergens to be clearly labelled by their names, if they are not already included in the food or meal names.
